Almost everyone I see and talk to has trouble losing their mid section. The good 'ol mid section, A.K.A muffin top, tends to be the first place we gain weight and the last place we lose it -ugh! When I had mine, I was constantly pulling up my pants and pulling down my shirt to try to hide it --I know how frustrating they are and how self conscious it can make you.
The good news is, you can lose it -it takes a combination of doing some key things though.
